The health and wellbeing of all of our customers is a key for us as a business – we’re following all government guidance on social distancing, as well as putting in place a number of meticulous cleaning practices in addition to the advised steps.
We are using X-MIST - it has the highest effectiveness level on the WHO scale
X-mist was developed for odours. Perfect for doggy smells, urine smells, cooking smells, or any other smells, that may be pervasive in your home. It has a very powerful Logkill of 6. Logkill is the scale used to determine the effectiveness of disinfectants and is used by the World Health Organisation and The UK government. 6 is the highest level on this scale and both The World Health Organisation and UK Government recommend Logkill 3 or above, in order to ensure safety against Corona Virus.
What does this mean for our customers?
X-Mist kills everything basically. It is simple to use and relatively cheap. It would be a good advert to show that you are conscious of providing the utmost safety to your; residents; visitors; holidaying guests; family; pub, restaurant, café customers and so on.
It can be done by way of a can, to do yourself; or we can arrange for someone to come to your property and complete a manual fogging. The process doesn’t take long and you will be able to give the X-mist guarantee. The treatment lasts for a week and could easily be done between change overs.

Since changing to using Ozone at LJ, we have become more environmentally friendly, but we have also got the added reassurance of natural disinfectant, with regards to all of your laundry. Safe management of used linen
In response to COVID 19 we are able to supply dissolvabags which insure the safety of your staff, yourself and our staff. Leave with your guests and request that they strip beds into them, leave soiled towels, tea towels and bath mats inside, then simply place full dissolvabag inside a laundry bag for us to collect or you to return.
